Some customers build a first version themselves and come to us later for an audit or a rescue. Annual Maintenance is reserved for eligible projects SBG itself previously completed and handed off, so outside apps still begin with Audit or Rescue. That's a perfectly reasonable path. Others would rather hand the whole thing off and get back to their actual work. Both are fine.
