SBG Maintenance
$299/Year for Ongoing Care of an Eligible Completed SBG Project.
Maintenance is an optional annual service attached to software SBG already completed and handed off. It is separate from the applicable 30-day post-completion defect-reporting window. The annual plan has its own defined review and minor corrective/compatibility boundary; it is not unlimited support or blanket repair coverage for the year.
The Boundary
Maintenance Starts After SBG Has Already Done the Project
Outside or inherited applications are not enrolled directly into this annual plan. Audit or Rescue is the correct starting point for software SBG did not complete and hand off.
Eligible Completed SBG Project
Annual Maintenance attaches to a project SBG already completed and handed off. It is not a general maintenance plan for arbitrary outside applications.
$299 per Year, per Project
Each eligible project has its own annual plan and term. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic future charge.
Four Documented Reviews
Each active annual term includes four documented reviews, approximately quarterly, with findings and verification evidence preserved.
Source Baseline
SBG establishes the exact source version Maintenance will cover. If the project changed after handoff, a current ZIP and additional review may be required.
30-Day Defect Reporting
Included First. Maintenance Is Separate.
Every completed SBG service engagement has an applicable 30-calendar-day window to report possible qualifying defects in SBG-delivered original-scope work. A timely case can remain under review or resolution after the reporting window closes. For an Independent Audit, the window applies to material defects in SBG's Audit/report deliverable—not repair of defects in the audited application. Annual Maintenance does not erase, replace, or shorten that reporting window. Where the included reporting window is still active, the Maintenance term can begin after it ends so the two service boundaries remain clear.
Source Baseline
We Need to Know Exactly What Version We're Maintaining
The original verified SBG handoff version may be sufficient when the project has not changed. If you, another developer, an agency, or an AI/no-code tool changed it after handoff, SBG may require the current source ZIP and a fresh baseline review.
Third-party changes do not automatically disqualify a project. Small, well-understood changes may be accepted into a new baseline. Material, higher-risk, or insufficiently documented changes may require additional review, Audit, Rescue, or re-baselining before annual Maintenance can begin.
Payment & Renewal
No Automatic Renewal. No Mystery Charge.
Maintenance is accepted one annual term at a time and never auto-renews. Coverage begins only after the annual agreement and applicable payment are confirmed through the approved process. A browser success screen by itself is not treated as proof that payment occurred.
During an active term, a reported concern is reviewed against the Maintenance boundary. Submitting a concern does not automatically make a repair included. New features, redesigns, material expansions, or work outside the annual plan are separately scoped.
