Atelier is a separate focused-product boundary at $299. It does not inherit the workflows, roles, integrations, or system complexity of the larger Build Packages.

Full Build Payment Structure
Essential, Launch, and Business use two 50 / 50 stages. The first 50% authorizes Stage 1. The remaining 50% is not eligible until Stage 1 is completed, presented for review, and explicitly accepted. Stage 1 acceptance does not automatically charge the second 50%.
Not sure which level fits? We’ll identify the appropriate boundary before authorization. If a smaller package fits cleanly, we’ll say so; if the project needs more than a published package allows, we’ll explain that before scope is locked.
Existing Applications
Audit & Rescue
Audit is independent and does not automatically include repair. Rescue scope is established separately.
Independent Audit
One prepaid read-only inspection stage. No repair included; not a penetration test or compliance certification unless an SOW expressly says otherwise.
Targeted Rescue
Controlled repair of named issues. Exact fixed scope and price are confirmed before authorization.
Complex / Multi-Issue Rescue
Broader or interconnected repair scope is reviewed and quoted before authorization.
Completed service engagements include a 30-day window to report possible qualifying defects in SBG-delivered original-scope work. A timely case can remain under review or resolution after that reporting window closes. For Audit, this applies to SBG's Audit/report deliverable—not repair of defects in the audited app. New features, expanded requirements, redesigns, and ongoing maintenance are separate work.
Maintenance
$299/Year per Eligible Completed SBG Project
An optional project-specific annual service with four documented reviews, no automatic renewal, and a defined minor corrective/compatibility boundary tied to an SBG-accepted Maintenance Source Baseline. It is not unlimited tickets, new-feature development, redesign, emergency/SLA service, or a promise that every concern is an included repair. It is additional to the applicable 30-day post-completion defect-reporting window. Outside apps begin with Audit or Rescue. Payment instructions are provided through the applicable engagement process; Maintenance is not active until the required payment is confirmed.
Source & Backups
Source Custody Without Hostage Games
SBG uses controlled source transfer when it is actually needed, records release details, and encourages a client-controlled backup path. SBG does not sell a separate source-storage subscription.
Timelines
Target Ranges, Not Guarantees
Client dependency delays can pause timelines. Intake submission, proposal acceptance, legal signing, and payment do not each independently start the delivery clock. The exact proposal/SOW must state the project-specific start trigger—typically the required combination of executed documents, applicable stage payment, required Client materials/access, and SBG confirmation that the stage is ready to start. SBG controls project queue and capacity. Expedited service is not a published package. If schedule pressure occurs, we adjust optional scope or date — never verification.
